■ The whole machine adopts castings and beam channel to weld chassis with left & right wallboards.
■ Unwind tension is equipped with 10kg magnetic powder brake 1 pcs.
■ Rewind tension is equipped with 10kg magnetic powder clutches, 2pcs.
■ Unwind is equipped with 3 inch air shaft and mechanical axis, 1pcs.
■ Rewind is equipped with 3 inch air shaft, 2 pcs.
■ Unwind adopts photoelectric automatic web guide.
■ Circular blade/ straight razor slitting device (optional), 10 groups.
■ Main motor adopts 7.5kw Shanghai Danma motor, 1 pcs, and inveter(Japan Yaskawa).
■ Driving part consists of triangle belt and 4 double chains.
■ Waste material disposal is equipped 0.55kw centrifugal fan, 1 pcs
